    1) Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
    You can make a payment to any of our bank accounts (in Turkish Lira – TL).

    2) Payment via Credit Card on Our Website
    You can make a one-time online payment or use our online installment options for any credit card. At the end of your order, the payment amount will be charged to your credit card. In case of possible order cancellation or stock issues, refunds will be made to your credit card within 3 business days.

    3) Refund of Order Amount
    In the event of order cancellation for any reason, Milsis Av

    will refund the product amount to your bank account and/or credit card within three business days. However, you must provide your bank account and/or credit card information correctly and completely to our finance team.
     
    4) Delivery
    We strive to ship the products you order on the same day. For products that require additional time, the delivery period is 3 business days as stated in the product details. You will be informed in case of any potential delivery delays.

    To ensure smooth delivery, please provide your current address during the day as the delivery address.

    Your requests will be processed according to the delivery method you select at the end of your order. Products will be shipped from our Istanbul-based company via a cargo/parcel company. Orders are handed over to the cargo company within a maximum of 2 (two) business days after confirmation.

    You can consult our customer service for alternative delivery options. Note that cargo deliveries are valid only within Turkey.
     
    5) Payment Tracking
    If the payment system encounters any issues and cannot complete the transaction, the visitor will be notified on the payment result page.

    In case of any errors at the specified address preventing delivery, our team will contact the person who placed the order.

    The validity of the email address provided by the visitor is confirmed via an automatic email sent after the order is processed.

    Regarding the completion of delivery, we are responsible both to the customer and to the bank whose credit card system we use.

    Check any packages you believe may be damaged during shipment in front of the delivery company’s staff.

    If you suspect any damage to the product, do not accept the delivery and request a report from the cargo company.

    Once the product is received, it is assumed that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty properly.
