    CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS
    GENERAL:
    1. When you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales contract provided to you.
    2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws, regarding the sale and delivery of the products they purchase.
    3. Shipping costs for the delivery of products will be paid by the buyers.
    4. Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or institution at the address indicated by the buyer within a maximum legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.
    5. The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with warranty documents, user manuals, or other documents if applicable.
    6. If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of this situation, and the total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
    IF THE PURCHASE PRICE IS NOT PAID:
    1. If the buyer does not pay the purchase price or cancels it in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.
    PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARDS:
    1. If it is determined after delivery that the credit card used by the buyer was used unlawfully by unauthorized persons and the payment for the product is not received by the seller from the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by the seller.
    IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:
    1. If unforeseeable force majeure occurs and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be notified. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order and paid in cash, the amount will be refunded within 14 days. If the payment was made by credit card, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days, though it may take 2–3 weeks to appear in the buyer’s account.
    BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
    1. Before receiving the goods/services, the buyer must inspect them; any damaged or defective goods/services with dents, breaks, or torn packaging should not be accepted from the shipping company. Delivered goods/services are deemed to be intact and undamaged. After delivery, the buyer must carefully protect the goods/services. If the withdrawal right is exercised, the goods/services must not be used and the invoice must also be returned with the product.
    WITHDRAWAL RIGHT:
    1. The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the purchased product to the buyer or the person/institution at the indicated address, by notifying the seller via the following contact information, without any legal or penal liability and without providing any reason.

    WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
    1. If the purchase is a service, the 14-day period begins from the date the contract is signed. Withdrawal cannot be used for service contracts where the service has started with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period ends.
    2. Costs arising from the use of the withdrawal right are borne by the seller.
    3. To exercise the withdrawal right, the buyer must notify the seller in writing via registered post, fax, or email within 14 days, and the product must be unused in accordance with the “Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal” provisions of this contract.
    EXERCISING THE WITHDRAWAL RIGHT:
    1. The invoice of the product delivered to the third party or buyer must be returned. (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution. Corporate order returns cannot be completed if a RETURN INVOICE is not issued.)
    2. The return form and the product to be returned, including its box, packaging, and any standard accessories, must be delivered complete and undamaged.
    RETURN CONDITIONS:
    1. The seller is obliged to refund the total amount and any documents putting the buyer under debt within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, and to receive the product back within 20 days.
    2. If the value of the product decreases or the return becomes impossible due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer is obliged to compensate the seller proportionally. However, changes or deterioration due to proper use of the product within the withdrawal period are not the responsibility of the buyer.
    3. If using the withdrawal right reduces the campaign limit set by the seller, any discounts received under the campaign will be canceled.
    PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL:
    1. Products prepared at the request of the buyer or explicitly for personal needs and not suitable for return, underwear bottoms, swimwear bottoms, makeup products, single-use items, perishable goods, or goods with a risk of expiration; products whose packaging is opened by the buyer; products that mix with other products and cannot be separated; periodicals except those provided under subscription contracts; services performed instantly electronically or intangible goods delivered immediately; and products such as audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and storage devices, computer consumables, whose packaging is opened by the buyer – these cannot be returned according to the regulation. Withdrawal cannot be used for services that have started with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period ends.
    2. Cosmetics, personal care products, underwear, swimwear, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes, and stationery consumables (toners, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) can only be returned if their packaging is unopened, unused, untested, and intact.
    DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
    1. If the buyer makes payments by credit card and falls into default, the buyer agrees, declares, and undertakes to pay interest to the card-issuing bank in accordance with the credit card agreement and to be responsible to the bank. In such cases, the relevant bank may take legal action and claim expenses and attorney fees from the buyer. The buyer also agrees to compensate the seller for any losses due to the delayed fulfillment of the debt.
    PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
    1. You can make payments via bank transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
    2. You can also pay online with your credit cards on our website, either in a single payment or via online installment options. The payment will be charged from your credit card at the end of your order.
